WatAJet makes use of a double spindle machining and milling centre equipped with state-of-the-art fixtures and tools for the production of small and medium size precision parts.
The machined materials are mainly stainless steels, from the most common AISI 316 and AISI 304 to the tougher steels such as 17-4-PH (AISI 630), including the more common mould steels (C45, K110, S600, etc.), even if already hardened.
Machined components in various other materials can also be supplied, including aluminium, brass and plastic.
WatAJet is noted for its flexibility in production, by which it is able to process orders for limited number of parts, even single ones.
