Quality

Quality has always been a fundamental aspect of WatAJet’s business.

Every request is analysed and critically discussed with the customer in order to ensure, along all stages of the production chain, a uniform method of evaluation. This is done to make the control procedures more efficient and effective.

WatAJet’s business management has been found to conform to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard

If not expressly requested by the customer, UNI ISO 2859-1:2007 methodology for the control of parts is adopted during the production phase.



The following documents are delivered together with the pieces produced:


  • Dimensional report of the components measured according to the above mentioned standards
  • Certificate of Conformity with reference to the Customer's Production Purchase Order
  • Raw materials certification

  • No.1 Mitutoyo Quick Scope control machine machine (equipped with optical, laser and mechanical probing system), instrumentation designed and manufactured in-house for specific customer needs; and many measuring instruments that are essential for carrying out quality control activities in the best possible way.
